When do we say this?
When you sneeze, it is a blessing from Allah. The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) taught us to praise Allah when we sneeze. If someone hears you, they should say 'Yarhamukallah' (May Allah have mercy on you), and then you should reply 'Yahdikumullahu wa yuslihu balakum' (May Allah guide you and rectify your affairs).
